One of my guild officers just got his account banned after the last crash a few mins ago.

Talking to him by proxy, and he tells me he simply tried to log on very often. Is it temporarily jammed? if so, how long for it to go clear again?.

Solution 1:
Simply wait out the ban. The ban is not permanent; only temporary. It typically lasts about 15 minutes. Try logging in again when it has expired. Be sure to carefully type in your Account Name and Account Password exactly as you remember typing them when you registered your account because another round of unsuccessful logins can result in another temporary IP ban.
