Login doesn't works sometimes

Ensure you have properly registered an account on the main Nostalrius website. Remember, forum accounts are separate from game accounts; neither are shared and you cannot use one to log into the other.

im playing since start there and i it has always worked. Since 3 weeks ago got i this problem.

5 Weeks ago and NO support from any Admins so why ?

One of the GMs responded in a previous post that your account is not in fact banned. It means you are most likely not typing in the correct password. So you need to reset it. Here's how, in minute detail:

1. Go to https://en.nostalrius.org
2. Click on "Login" at the top of the page
3. Do NOT log in. Instead, click that link that says "Forgot your password?"
4. Fill in your account name, and the E-mail address you used to register the account.
5. Check your E-mail. Be sure to check the junk folder in case it lands there.
6. The E-mail will say a request to change your password was made. Click the "Password reset activation" link.
7. Choose a new password, and make sure it is no more than 16 characters.
8. Type that new password into both boxes to change it.

You do not need to fill in your old password, so you should never get a "Bad Credentials" message.
