Can you guys ban these people and help guys, who got hacked?
Maybe invent a payment-method, where someone can pay $$ for restoring his account, then there is no reason like "we are working". Yes you are, and you are doing a wonderful job on Nostalrius, but what's wrong with gaining some extra money for solving account issues?
Regards.
Nost team has said it numerous times: they dont want to make any payment services regarding the server to avoid legal disputes with blizzard. Its incredibly easy for blizzard to shut the servers if they find out someone is "profiting" of their property. In my opinion something needs to be done with both the hacking spree and the rules regarding account compromising and item restoration since as of now the server is on a crash course to total chaos.

We do not restore items lost due to account compromise. And the reason for that is that GMs and staff actually have real jobs and can't spend all day doing this for hundreds of players.
Hence, account security is in fact your own responsibility.

You don't have time to do this, all day, for us. That's perfectly understandable, but allow those of us who value our accounts to donate money to a 3rd party developer who can create some additional form of account security, like an authenticator, IP lock or email/textmessage verification.
Even Feenix had IP lock, I'm told.

These guys must own dozens (if not hundreds) of compromised accounts.
