They will get back to you once they have done research. Please look at all the banned threads recently. The staff is up to their knees in ban appeals. Some legit, some not. Please give the staff time as they investigate all these bans and don't "spam" bumps asking about the status.

Having a algoritm that bans innocent players tho, wont make it any easier for them.

Apparently trading gold between three accounts is an offense. No description of what happened.... Just confirmed ban.... Only two of the three accounts were banned which makes no sense to me... One was my brothers and the other two were mine. I don't even know if its worth it to try and continue to get it back now.

How does this ban appeal-line work?

I see peoples appeals gettin done before mine even tho they posted their appeals serveral days after mine was posted.

Havent heard anything from a GM in almost a week now.

I know the Gms have alot of appeals right now, i've put alot of effort and hard work into my toon so please try to understand my position.

If i can provide anything to speed up the investigation, let me know.
