If he was part of the ban wave, it was because of the accounts being hacked.

Ones improperly banned are usually from their cheat/hack detection system of their anti-spam filter for accounts under level 15, which I assume he isn't part of.

Aside from the fact that your link points to another user's post about being banned titled BANN CONSPIRACY (relevancy?), I was banned at almost the exact same time as Xaint here, while being ingame myself. I just got disconnected, checked the homepage and was banned without them giving a reason.

So again: stop responding if you don't know what you're talking about. And thank you for bumping Xaint's appeal

Bumping doesn't matter, I am sure the staff has already read your appeal. With the recent ban wave on compromised accounts, they have been pretty busy and haven't responded to many posts due to having a larger workload. The link to that thread was for you to read Tyrael's response, not the message of the thread. As you see, he didn't tell anywhere in the thread he was researching, he just did it. I have yet to see staff response to one of these threads like yours and OPs that was a mistake from the ban wave and was because of other issues.

Oh well, one can only hope they get to unbanning innocent accounts before all items in their mailboxes expire. That would be several mailbox pages with items on each of my toons in my case, ugh.
