The entire server IS at risk. When more and more people get banned for for activities which those people thought were not a bannable offense, we will see more and more people leave the server. You have not fully read my post.

I've mined way too much and i have a feeling so have many many people, not to immediately recognize when something is going on with mining that isn't the norm. When you see that happen you stop mining and go somewhere else

Some people don't have the kind of mining experience that you do. Some of us did not have the experience to tell that mining these nodes too much would result in permanent bans. Does it seem reasonable that we knew were going to be banned yet continued on? No, that does not seem reasonable.

They sort of have a bigger incentive to keep posting than others do.

What on earth would the GM's have to win by banning people for activities and then not tell us about it. That doesn't make sense. This is called rationalization. Look it up: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rationalization_(psychology)

And yet I post a lot on this topic, and plan to keep bumping it.

They delete forum posts becuase there was alot of truth that was said, they even made my main forum account to not be able to reply in posts. JUST LOL

They really need to give us an answer that isn't "they kept running around in a circle and mining for hours on end." The riots cannot and should not stop until they do.
