Banned - Cannot login on mainpage

Yesterday I found out my account with the character "Cruello" has been banned after trying to login. I followed the instructions found here to find out why, but I get a "bad credentials" error when trying to log into the Nostalrius main page. Obviously I do not know what happened and I am worried my account has been hacked. Thank you, GMs, for looking into this.

The account associated with character name "Cruello" has never been banned. You might be getting temporarily banned for logging in too many times unsuccessfully, confirmed by the "bad credentials" message on the website. You can try to reset your password through the website if you continue to have login troubles.
