DC, Unable to log in, now says banned

I was playing the game and was on my way to deadmines with a group then I got disconnected after ressing. When I tried to log in again I just got to the handshake part many times and then it said my account was banned. I'm pretty sure I entered the correct password. When I log in on the website it doesn't say anything about being banned.
I've tried to delete my WTF and WDB folders without any success. I've also tried to change to the login2 server.
Character name is Gyddz.
