Unable to connect/ Bad credentials

Im having issues here, It's no longer saying I'm banned but now it keeps saying unable to connect and when I went to the site to change my password It's saying bad credentials. I dont understand what's going on here I was able to log in earlier and play just fine? Please any info or help here?

"Unable to connect" in the WoW login screen typically means you're using an incorrect password.

"Bad credentials" on the Nostalrius website also means your password is incorrect.

If you keep logging in WoW unsuccessfully, you'll get temporarily IP banned from the server that lasts about 15 minutes. You can either try really, really hard to remember your password or wait 10 days out from your last successful login and try to reset the password to something much simpler.

Okay I keep trying to reset my password and it's not going through? So I have to wait 10 days? I am starting to fear maybe someone is trying to steal my account? I dont know what to think

Do you have any friends or guildmates in real life you can ask if they see one of your characters online actively playing when you're not logged in?

So my friend told me my character is online in game...So it seems someone stole my account?

I can't change my password? I've tried over and over through the email option and it isn't going through?

Can I get some help here ? Please?

  • Having a unique and complicated password that does not exceed 16 characters;
