I was farming ravagers in Duskwood when I DCed and couldnt logg back inn.

I do use a softwear to play the game with out a keybord and mice, I can not play with out it ( disabled )

I did not see anyone try to communicate with me before the ban. this is what the home page says

HELLO FTORSVIK!
You are banned until August 11th 2015 21:05:51 PM for the following reason: "BOT".

what time sone is that 21:05:51 here it is 23:30 and I was banned ca.15min ago

I must say I was hoping for a mature answer.

How someone can believe you ? Imagine if 1k5 ppl defend their bot ban account with this argument.

But anyway, dont you need to try to talk to a "bot" in game before you know that it is not a player?

I was not contacted by any GM og any other players at the time I got banned.
I did decline a couple of group requests prior to the ban.

I would also recomand you guys to change the wording on the main website from:

You are banned until August 11th 2015 21:05:51 PM
to
You got banned at 11th 2015 21:05:51 PM.
