Banned

My warlock Apexor was walking to turn in a quest then the game crashed and kicked me off. I tried to log back on and the game said i was banned.. I was LITERALLY walking from Crossroads to ThunderBluff with my friends in skype and they didnt believe me.. so i am asking why am i banned and can i get unbanned? I am only level 12 but still i dont really care to start over with leveling when i have a 10 also.. Please Reaspond
