Account locked?

Whenever i try to reset my password on the website for my account. it gives me this message

Whoops! There were some problems with your input.

This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts.

I've read something about 24 hour policy after logged in. And i haven't been logged in for almost 30 hours now, but i still keep getting this message i hope im not banned tho, i don't see any reasons why i would be banned.

Accounts have to be inactive (Not played or logged in) for 10 days before a password reset can be done on them.

I've been inactive for a veeeeery long time now, still says the same, i've had a break for a couple of months.

And according to realmplayers it seems someone has been playing on my account ( i must have been hacked ), are there any way i can get my account back?

The staff doesn't recover accounts, so not really. Not unless that person stops playing on it.
