Account banned/closed? or something else?

For some reason, I cannot log into my account. Only on the forums.
I only have changed my password twice and I know both of them, and for some reason my password is not the same as it was earlier today and I cannot log into the game or log into the home page.
I am confused as to why this is, and would like some sort of explanation so I can start playing again.
I have the correct e-mail hooked up and everything, but it won't let me even reset it. Is my acc banned? If so, for what reason? Please help me solve this issue.

It says that someone has logged in recently and I cannot change password. That makes no sense, so that means someone stole my password even though I didn't give it to anyone...how is that fair when I have the e-mail and everything attached to account but I can't recover because someone logged in it? Why can't I just reset password....

now it is saying the e-mail went through but I am not getting anything...this is very confusing. I don't know how this happened, you say we are responsible for our account security but I never did anything to compromise it. I am waiting for the e-mail all day, and nothing...can you please send the email to the email linked to my account? i am waiting to play Even my forum name is same as account name...this is my account.

That's what i am saying...thanks for the understanding. I take every precaution to have my account safe and for some reason i cannot get my password back because somehow something is up? it doesnt seem right. I am the owner, I have the e-mail that is linked with it, even my forum name is the same thing. Why is it impossible to send me the password reset e-mail? How else can I prove it is mine? The e-mail won't send. I just want to play the game.

If your only choice is to reset your password via email, then you have to wait for a full 10 days of inactivity. The 'recently used" person is most likely you unless your account has been compromised.

I'm pretty sure someone just stole my account and is selling for money. This is ridiculous because I never gave my password to anyone. So basically these admins are blaming me for something that isn't my fault? They need to Send me the password reset email. This is just ridiulous. Why would they not want to help your players but will just let the scammers and hackers to make money off your free game?
