It is not my fault that the respawn timer was set to 5 minutes, i thought it was normal!

Its not abuse till you actually warn me in-game. I believe you should have at least warned me that the respawn timers were not supposed to be 5 minutes. I truly believe it is your obligation to fix that, some players dont know whats right or not. There was nothing obviously wrong in this, that we could see.

According to this page her respawn is 3 minutes: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?npc=7999 (hover over her marker on the map) .

Not sure if 3 minutes is actually correct, but getting a permanent ban for something like this without any warning is ridiculous... hopefully an admin can clear this up.

Next time, if you see a bugged respawn, appeal it. Don't take advantage.

Well, if her correct blizzlike respawn time is only 3 minutes versus 5 minutes here on Nostalrius, then the players who have been banned have a legitimate appeal to make.

Likewise, this differs from the DMF vendor exploit/abuse in the fact that it has no effect on the server economy in any way.
