Im at a local area network (LAN), Its very crowed here, I was out for 10 minutes and took some fresh air, when I come back, I cant logg into my character and account. Someone has changed my password!!

Can you please help me ?? Im trying to reset my password to my email but it does not work?

Please help me. I dont know what to do.
