Account Compromised

Hello,
I haven't logged into my account in a little over a week only to find that the password of my main has been changed. If you could temp ban this account for ~2 weeks so I can recover it with the email that would be dandy. I can provide proof of the characters being mine with screenshots if need be.

GMs do not assist in retrieving stolen accounts in any way including bans. Your account is your responsibility.

"ur acct is ur respunzibilty XDD" yeah nah, i don't think you know how password forcing works with 'common' usernames and seeing as how the account was banned i can only assume it was a botter or something along those lines. so in the future, please don't try to act like you're some savant by being a ToU warrior because the real world isn't clear cut like that kiddo.

Apparently the account WASN'T banned like I thought, my characters are being logged into as my main was just online less than an hour ago. Again, I can provide screenshots to prove this account is mine if need be. Temp ban it for however long it takes to recover the password with the email.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this issue as we cannot recover lost and/or hacked accounts. The password reset feature was designed to recover accounts whose owner had forgotten the password and becomes available when the account has been offline for 10 consecutive days. Please ensure that your account is sufficiently protected in the future and that no other person other than yourself has access to it. Please note that we do not ban accounts for an certain duration to make this feature available.
