Correct everything but still tells me password is incorrect

So I downloaded the game, set the correct realmlist, created an account and everything, but for some reason when I try to log in it tells me the information is not valid, and I know for a fact I entered the right data because I used it to log into the website just now.
Please can someone help me with this? Its really frustrating.
