Hi GM,

My character name is Barbette, and I have logged in the webpage and it said the reason is 'Forbidden golds transaction'. However, I never made forbidden golds transaction before. Could you please check for me if there any mistake, or I would like to make an appeal for this.

Same as my friend 'Langge', he got banned because 'Forbidden golds transaction', but he did not make any forbidden translation, the only thing he did is that he transferred some mats and 60g to his character for bank.

The problem is that my friend and I never did such things as 'forbidden gold transaction'. We can provide any evident if needed.
