Banned?

I logged into this message this morning. Not sure what it is concerning. I've read the other banned posts before posting this one and I just want to know if I am banned until August 22nd 2015 9:10 AM or if the ban is permanent. I see where some people have posted bans stating they received this message and it was permanent and I've read some where it was temporary. My character is Mazikeen. As I've said I have no idea what it is concerning I've have neither received gold from anyone or purchased gold. No one else has used my account and I have given my password to no one. I simply want to know if I am banned permanently or temporarily.
