Account banned in game but not on the site

Hello,
I had some DC problems, as soon i reloged i got DC after 3-4 seconds, it happened me 3-4 times and then i tried to relog and i read "This account has been closed ..."
I logged on nostalrius site but i saw no info about my ban, i also tried to log in with another account and it worked.
Can someone explain what's happening please? Thank's

Ok so i made a ticket on another account and asked about my character a GM told me i was banned for hacking, on nostalrius site i can see someone logged from another IP that's why i got DC before getting banned.. is there a way i can have my account back?
