Posted: Mon Aug 24, 2015 4:18 amMy friend has finally agreed to come play wow, and so far, her experience has been poor. The website refuses to let her enter a user name or password most of the time, but there is a larger issue. I was running her form Darnassus to Ironforge, and shortly after we got there (Character name is Zatheena), her computer crashed. When she booted back up, she was unable to log back in. After a few attempts, it told her was banned. She has tried a few more times to log in, but it either says banned, or unable to connect. She is also not able to click the username/password option to log in to the main web page. Amy help would be appreciated.
