Banned?

So the server restarted, which was normal. Happened to all my friends, but I kept trying to join and it said "unable to connect." I restarted my PC, and I launched it, now it says my account has been closed. I'm not sure if I got banned or what.

If you got "Unable to connect" you're likely typing in the wrong password. Too many unsuccessful tries and it will tell you the account's been closed. It's a temporary ban; wait 15 minutes and try again.

That, or give your character's name to know for 100% certainty.
