How about sharing some information so we can, you know, help determine what exactly might be wrong. Can you successfully log into the website? What does the login page say? Does it show anything related to your account? Ban message? Last date of activity or logged in? Does it show an IP address? Or is just a big, white, blank page devoid of any info like you mentioned? How about listing one of the character names on your account so the staff can, you know, look up your info.

Can't explain anything if we're not given anything to work with.

I never received any money for my gold
