Is my account banned? Need help from a GM

My account won't long in with my account name and password. I have tried to recover the password but it say the account has recently been in use. It has been 3 weeks of hassle to try and obtain some kind of help. I have been monitoring my characters from the guild they are in and non of them have been online since I last logged in 3 weeks ago so I know it is not hacked. Can you clarify why I cannot recover my account? Is it banned? Character name: Ahazu
Alliance level 60 warlock. Help would be much appreciated.
