My account won't long in with my account name and password. I have tried to recover the password but it say the account has recently been in use. It has been 3 weeks of hassle to try and obtain some kind of help. I have been monitoring my characters from the guild they are in and non of them have been online since I last logged in 3 weeks ago so I know it is not hacked. Can you clarify why I cannot recover my account? Is it banned? Character name: Ahazu
Alliance level 60 warlock. Help would be much appreciated.

The account associated with the character Ahazu is currently not banned and was very recently logged into. Users may recover their account by going here. This feature was designed to recover accounts whose owner had forgotten their login credentials and becomes available when the account has been offline for 10 consecutive days. Please note that we do not recover lost and/or hacked accounts.
