can't loggin

It's says on the main page that im not banned but when I try to loggin on wow I says unavaibel ...
I just wonder what happen to my acount can I get some help ?
My user name is -Snipped- and my carakter name is Delivio please help me

The account associated with character name "Delivio" has never been banned. Have you tried following the solutions in the sticky threads in support to confirm your setup and realmlist are correct?

I tryed all the options and I still can't loggin are you sure im not banned ?
My friends tryed logg on wow on mine pc, and it worked fine please check again

Login to our website https://en.nostalrius.org/login and look for more details in there. If there are no information about a ban which is on your account, you need to change your password to a shorter one.
WoW Client does not accept password longer than 15 characters (according to Blizzard posts)
To be on the safe side I would suggest a maximum of 12 characters password.
