Banned?

Dear Staff;

I have recently got home from holiday and originally suspected that my account was banned due to multiple logins from different IP's because of the way Holiday-networks work.

Having found the account section of Nostalrius. I have found this:

"You are banned until August 28th 2015 13:03:02 PM for the following reason: "Forbidden gold transaction"."

I do not understand how I've warranted this Ban... Regardless; i am still unable to log into my account. can a GM please help me?
