unfair ban.. please investigate.

Hello. Yesterday i made an warrior on my account to make a fresh start. in the same account i had my bank character so i sent everything my bank character had including my gold to my new warrior. 3 hours later i am getting banned for forbidden gold transaction... I sent the gold from one character to the other character in the same account. I am sure it is your automatic system that triggered the ban.. please check it cause i am absolutely destroyed.. Any update on my issue?? This is so unfair.. I just mailed my legit gold from one char to the other in te same account which i own. I had this gold on my char for a long time. You can check that everything was made through the AH and sales... I started leveling a new warrior so i mailed him my gold from my other character. 2 hours later i am banned.. I am sure it trigger the anti cheat system by mistake. I am innocent..

How much gold did you send? I wonder what's the gold threshold as I've previously sent 500g to my alt (on a separate account) and wasn't banned.

i sent all my gold. Around 3k. GM's can check that all these gold was on my bank char for a big amount of time and i never bought any. I sold herbs / drops / materials in order to obtain them.
