Banned because I can't log in.

I am trying to play, but every time I enter my info I get a message saying "Unable to connect" after I get authenticating, handshaking, etc..
I delete my wtf files (except for the realm list), nothing.
I eventually kept entering my info repetitively until my account finally gets banned.
My character is Popnstop.
If my issue is a result of realm maintenance...well...I am retarded.
I created a second account to see if I could connect. First time I try to login...banned.

Greetings bunstert,

The account associated with character name "Popnstop" has never been banned. If you log in too many times unsuccessfully, you could be temporarily IP banned. This ban expires quickly so try logging in again with either of your accounts. If you are unable to, try using the password reset link on the main website.
