Account closed still after a week of waiting on IP ban

It has been almost a week since i have logged into my IP banned account, and I still am unable to login I need help.
Character name Zann
it all started when i changed my password, i tried to login a few times and got my account closed on accident, and its been a week since i have tried to log in and i still cant.
i log into my website account and it says nothing of any ban.

If you can log into the Nost website and it doesn't give a ban time, ban duration, or ban reason......then your account isn't banned.
If you changed your password but can't login and get the account closed message, you're only getting temporarily banned from entering a wrong password too many times. That ban expires in under 15 minutes. Did you reset your password in game using the .account password command or using the reset link on the website?

Kanue99 you only need to make ONE post about this. You have 7 posts to your name, and atleast 5 of them are about this account issue. This should be deleted as spam.

i used the .account password command

Greetings,
Login to our website https://en.nostalrius.org/login and look for more details in there. If there are no information about a ban which is on your account, You need to change your password to a shorter one.
WoW Client does not accept password longer than 15 characters (according to Blizzard posts)
To be on the safe side I would suggest a maximum of 12 characters password.
