Hacked, right infront of my eyes.

So im online on my alt account. noticed my main logs on, i log off asap and try to log in on my main but i cant. I have the email but it says something about beein used. ive read about it and i hope u have another way to handle this. cus i have the email and i want u to bann my account until i can proof its mine.

you can see that the guy logged on it is from another country or town, please help.

They don't ban accounts just because it got hacked. Nor do they assist in recovery. It's your responsibility.

The password reset feature is reserved for users who have forgotten their account password and haven't played in a long time; it's not designed to recover lost or stolen accounts.
All you can do is wait for the hacker to remain logged out of your account for at least ten days so the password reset feature can become enabled for your account.

i have no ide how the F this happend. but what is the big deal of helping players in need? is it just cus of lazyness? i got hacked. 1 hour ago. im trying not to be rude but... this system need to be fixed, people are getting hacked/fished/keylogged or w/e.. why keep playing when the safety lvl is this low. spending hours and days lvling and gearing and then 1 day, a fat peace of nolife comes along and take everything away from me. GG

Hacked? You shouldn't have a password that can be brute-forced. Not like brute-forcing is even possible with their account lock system after invalid credentials too many times.
Phished? I'm sorry but that's the players fault for having too low an IQ to not put their login information into another URL.
Keylogged? Once again, players fault. That's on your own computer and you should have a program/way of detecting and removing it.
The staff isn't lazy, they just aren't motivated [by money] to do extra things for the player base like Blizzard was.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this as we do not recover lost and/or hacked accounts. The password reset feature was designed to recover accounts whose owner had forgotten the password and becomes available when the account has been offline for 10 consecutive days. Note that we do not ban accounts for an certain duration to make this feature available. Please ensure that your accounts are sufficiently protected in the future and that no other person other than yourself has access to it by:
- Never sharing your account information;
- Having a unique and complicated password that does not exceed 16 characters;
- Connecting yourself from a secure computer and network;
- Never downloading unsafe files that might contain viruses/malware.
