Couldnt logg in and now im banned?

Hi. i started playing on this server a few days ago. When i wanted to log on for the second time i had a connection error. I figured the server was down or something like that and quit the game. Today i felt like playing so i proceeded to log in again. I recieved the same error. I tryed to log on a few times more and than i got a different message. It say'd that i was banned.. So i made a new account and got the exact same ban message again. I hope this can be fixed becouse i would really like to start playing again.

What is one of the character names on your account you're trying to log into? Please keep in mind our server may temporarily ban you for repeated login failures. Once this ban expires, you can try logging in again.
