Banned :(

So I was questing in the human place with my gnome mage and all of a sudden I got disconnected. I dont know what happened, but when i tried to reconnect it said I was banned. I have no clue, but my account name is -Snipped- and my character name is "snowball". Can a gm please fix this problem? Thank you very much.

Also if im not able to get unbanned, may you please close my account and delete my characters so I can remake them again? Thank you.

The account associated with the character snowball has been permanently banned for hacking. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to these kinds of infractions. Accounts that are caught infringing on this policy will be closed and will remain permanently inaccessible. You may continue to play by creating a new account and adhering to our Terms of Use going forward. Please note that we do not delete characters from an closed account, regardless the circumstances.

Well thats bullshit... so a closed account that I can never play again will have a name that no one else would be able to choose just because you refuse to delete the char regardless the circumstances?

You cheated, feigned ignorance, and now are mad that you cant have a name. I love reading these forums, was gonna ask where people with you logic come from but everyone stupid enough to cheat or stupid enough to make shitty posts like this.

As Abathur said, we do not delete banned characters or free up character names for review purposes. We encourage you to register a new account and create new character names. This thread will now be locked.
