My account was just banned with the reason "BOT", would like to know how you came to that conclusion? cause im online a lot? is that against the rules?

Im a raidlogger, so when im not raiding, i spy azu and kazzak while playing other games in window mode, i from time to time tab into the game to move the character to not get logged out.

I want to know what your process is to "detect" botters, cause this is a clear case where it isnt botting. im always at my computer.

Ok, but i wasnt, which is why i made this thread. being online for long hours isnt botting, having an addon to spy isnt botting (the addon is approved, talk to daemon).

You dont have a single proof to prove that i was bottting, cause there is none, if you would look at my patterns to see how i was walking and jumping to keep my character online, you would see that i wasnt using any 3rd party programs to do so. So stop being too proud to admit that you're wrong, and unban me.

When a GM has given you a reply, re-confirming your ban, I trust that it's the truth. The warden might ban you for cheating but it's always confirmed by a GM personally (claimed by staff), sooner or later.

Well with what I experienced earlier, I don't trust these GMs one bit any more. Although my words have little worth in them as I'm stamped as banned, maybe you'll be farming gold for your epic mount one day...

Just remember, farming gets you banned apparently, alongside sitting afk and getting feared during duels

Get evidence to back up your claim, otherwise this is just futile denial in my eyes. Keep in mind that a GM might have teleported next to you and kept tabs on you before making a judgement call.

How can I have any evidence? Do you fraps your whole gaming sessions?

And again, even if the GM ported to me, I have a hard time understanding how any of my activities could be seen as botting, perhaps looking away from the fact I was farming the same mob to get an item. In that case, they need to add farming as a violation in the ToS...
