Account Banned

Hello, My account is banned or not letting me log on, i have not logged on in about a month due to work, this is my favorite downtime and would like my account restored, please don't tell me its not and wait 15 minutes, i have seen that on other posts and i have waited 15 minutes on 3 separate occasions now. Characters i used most was Ceowew and Zekiel. Account name is ***. Please let me know how to get logged in or fix this for me, thank you!!

Neither of the accounts associated with character names "Ceowew" and "Zekiel" have ever been banned. Have you tried logging into the main website to confirm your account name and password are correct? If it's been a long time since you've last logged in, you can reset your password using the "Forgot your password?" link on the main website.
