Rapid disconnect followed by ban/possibly hacked.

I just read the "Read this before posting about a ban" but I can not make sense of my situation.
This afternoon I was just casually questing, but then i got disconnected. I tried to log in again but the same thing repeated for a 4-5 times. Then i could not connect and a few minutes later the log in screen told me my account has recieved a ban.

Following this I tried logging into the webpage https://en.nostalrius.org/login to check what the reason for my ban is.
With my standard account name and password that I use in the actual world of warcraft the login page says "Bad credentials."
Im not sure if there are seperate website and game passwords or if my account got hacked. I also tried to reset it but my account has recently been logged in so I cant.

Never the less, I need help. Dont know if my time on Nostalrius is done for it, or if my account can be fixed. But im hoping for the best.
