Wrongfully banned

My friends account has been banned for disconnecting while traveling on Zeppelin from Gromgol to UC. Please look into this again as I know he was not hacking or using any mods. I'm confident a deeper look into this account banning will reveal a server error and no fault of user. Please give this issue another look.
