Bad Credentials/locked account?

Hi GM/Admin

I have been trying to login without success, bad credentials at login to webpage, unable to connect in-game, password reset fails due to recently logged in.

Character: Hellsham
I was logged in last night playing when the game crashed, I tried to re-log in after re-opening, however it failed, only to see the wow process did not close after the crash. So not sure if i have locked the account since i could not login after? hence the password reset, which failed.

Can you please unlock my account?

The account associated with character Hellsham is currently not banned. There's a security measure that temporarily IP ban users who consistently attempts to login with incorrect credentials. The duration varies depending on how many attempts occurred and increases on further failures. Users may recover their lost password by going here. This feature was designed to recover accounts whose owner forgot the login credentials and becomes available when the account has been offline for 10 consecutive days.

Thanks for this. I have only recently just got back since the 10th Sept. I noticed when i logged in that my account is now banned? It says "Trading Account forbidden" account banned until the 12th Sept? I do use a Geo Proxy to change my IP (basically for unblocking streaming content) that I change around from county to county. Do you know why this has been banned and on what basis of evidence found?

Hopefully this can be resolved because I was really enjoying the good old days of leveling and just capped 50 then took a break and came back to banned account .
