Am I banned?If not need help to retrieve account.

Character Name is Thelast.
Tried to log in at the main website and it says bad credentials.Also tried to reset and it said can't because I recently logged in or something.

Password reset requires the account to be inactive for 10 days to use.
The level of whining about bans on the forums is at an all time industrial level.
