Suspended and then banned?

Hello! My character Name is Bankholder.

I was Suspended until 2015-09-10 and now when im trying to log in to the game its stands that im banned.
Whats happening here guys ? Please help me out!

You were banned for scamming. The ban is permanent.

This is kinda wierd, why do u write that u are "Temporarily Suspended" then?
and when i log on on the website its says "Banned until 10th of September"?
And are this a permanent ban or is it possible to ask for mercy, dont u have a warning or something before a permanent ban ?
