Greetings,
The 12th of September at 10:27 am server time I and my friend were banned for "Forbidden gold transaction",but I can assure that this mistake, no sales of gold, we do not doing.
I have two character's (on different accounts) (Thron and Kojemyaka)
and an account of my friend (Ottostopos)
0.2.09 was single trade Kojemyaka -> Ottostopos (he took the money to buy mount)( borrowed money from a friend)
And than Kojemyaka -> Thron (transferred money to main hero)
No sales golds,no more…
Please consider my application, because we did not violate the rules of the server.

In light if recent events, looks like more victim complex. Just because you are of a certain guild or nationality doesn't mean you don't have to follow server rules just like everyone else. Stop making it about that.

Dear administration, i understand that you are struggle with gold and account sales but world of warcraft is social game, there are some frendly actions like giving some cash to low level friends or helping guildmates with some gold needs.
What i see in ToU:

Exchanging accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services for another game's features;
Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services with real money;

"another game's features" and "with real money" but there are no any words about any other gold transfer.
Please don't kill social component in process of hunting on goldsalers.

And who is saying that he is not following the server rules?
I suggest you to go and send some hunderds of gold from your main to your alternative account, lets see how long you will stay online.
This events is very disturbing, i've heard a lot of reports from fair players who gets a ban for nothing.
When they ban one of our best geared dps warriors with BRE - they told he was using auto-jumping program, which is 0 logic in case of such geared warrior.
Then Ataman ban, well geared +BRE as well, for gold transactions. Again, what's the point to play unfair if you geared so good?
Now Thron who just send some cash to other account.
And all this bans were applied to automatic system, which is banning fair players for nothing.
I am not saying that they are innocent, obviously i can't be sure for 100%. But there is too much disturbing reports in that matter.

I have done that. I've borrowed gold from a friend before for a mount and BoE epics to resell for profit. I've given that gold back. Etc. Not banned. Does it not occur to you that people lie on these forums all the time? The whole "I only sent gold to my alt/other account" story is bullshit.

As proof, I can say that the accounts with Thron and Kojemyaka have one login ip address and proves that one man was.
I can specify Ip address Ottostopos ,If it will be plays roll in this case.
As for me, People can`t have such information at the classical gold deals.

Of course they can, and it's pretty easy thought. That's why people should realise that there is no such a thing like a Proof in the internet.

Bans related to "Forbidden gold transaction" are rarely set by an automatic system. The System itself detect something strange and place you in a Database for potential suspects. A GM have to set the actuall ban. Therefore the ban isn't instant.
Therefore you probably don't know which transaction get you in the "suspect database" in the first place.

Sure I don't know exactly how this topic is handled by the Nost-Team, but I think it's not too far fetched to look at common tools used in the business section.

The last game time (the last three week-month) I don’t transfer money ,except: 1) the above situation, and 2) the purchase of cloak to 165g.

Given the fact that I and my friend banned at the same time, I can see what the deal was suspicious.
And besides, we live in the same city and using a single internet provider.
