Account Banned

I posted earlier about how my account has been "unable to connect" after the server crashed. I tried logging in today and got an error saying that my account has been 'closed.' I have no idea why. I tried logging into the main website and my credentials were wrong to get into my account.

I do not think I was hacked because I did not receive an email or anything that might have changed the information. Plus, when I tried to reset the information myself, I got an error saying that the account had been logged in recently. Also, I noticed that my second I account I made to check if I could log in at all was banned, and it was. This leads me to believe I was IP banned from the server.

Can I please get some feedback on this? I can't even log onto my account to see why I was banned in the first place. I was literally just playing until I started lagging like crazy and then disconnected. I have been unable to log back on since. I need closure on this: I've gotten really invested on this server.

your account has not been banned. To prevent brute force hacking, accounts can get temporarily suspended after typing the password wrong. Please wait some time and try again.

How long is this temporary suspension? I've waited over a day. Is it normal that I cannot log onto the Nostalrius official website during this time? Thanks for the quick reply.

You should be able to log on the website normally.
