Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I just tried to log in and play some WoW when I see I am banned. Checking the forums and logging in to the website the reason is found soon. Apparently I have abused the Silithus Thorium veins. Now this is where i was confused...

I have mined in Silithus literally ONCE for a few hours (This is absolutely no joke, I have spent ca 3-4h in the hives to get thorium for grenades and ammunition). I don't know if i should laugh or cry right now...
But if you plan on banning people who mined the veins more than once or twice, you have to probably ban every miner on the server. I bet every single miner tried at some point to farm some Thorium there...

Everyone probably knows Daemon's statement by now:
"About 5 accounts have been banned for exploiting this bug, that is fixed now.
These accounts were doing it at an "industrial level" (gathering these same nodes way more than 500 times a week !) and thus gathering a lot of gold/items in a very little period of time." (i dont know how to quote adequately since i just singed up for the forum)

I hope you check my case. I have probably not even mined 100 Rich Thorium veins in the entire time i played here, cause of the lack of ressources, which absolutely doesn't fit in Daemon's given shematic!

Therefore I desperately hope my case was only a mistake and an unban before the BWL release would be awesome since every person is very much needed in our guild. But if I am permabanned, and you plan on banning every single person who mined there I can only cry about all the now "wasted" time on this server

Did you check the ban reason by logging in on the Nost main web page? If you are banned, it will give the reason and date. It might be for something else.

The profile you describe doesn't sound like those that got banned for "Industrial Level Mining," whatever that is.

"You are banned until September 15th 2015 16:03:13 PM for the following reason: "Silithus: Ooze Covered Rich Thorium Vein respawn exploit"."

I dont have any note in my account in the web site theres nowhere that says i am permanently banned its only when i try to logingame. But nothing on the website.

Then you are not banned, just temporarily locked out of your account... time to read the sticky posts
