Expired Ban Issue

Hello,several weeks ago my account has been stolen, but now i was able to get it back via password reset on my email address. But the account has been banned with this reason:You are banned until September 12th 2015 09:30:52 AM for the following reason: "GoldTrafficking". As ive seen the bann should have expired on 12th of september but i cant log in. IT says that my account is closed.

It's a permanent ban, and will not be lifted. When you see a ban date in the past, it's the date and time you were banned. Looks like whoever stole your account used it to buy or sell gold, and got it banned.

The staff will tell you that your account security is your responsibility, and feel free to open another account and be more careful next time.
