They won't help you recover your account. Your account is your own responsibility. If you can give them proof of it being sold or traded they will permenently ban it though.

How can i confirm that shadow scheme? GM could notice IP changing or? I wrote there before, but post was deleted.
Personage: 52 lvl mage theeconomist alliance and there r a couple of pers on this acc else.
If GM cant recover pass to MY OWN NATIVE email (why not?) then i let them bring permanently ban but it wont be the best option ofc.
