Banned not lifted!!

under my account there stand this:
You are banned until September 18th 2015 03:01:30 AM for the following reason: "Forbidden gold transaction".

What in my world should mean that the ban should be lifted yesterday..
So if the ban isn't permanent, could you please lift it.

Then "You are banned until" you have to express otherwise.

If gold trafficking is the 3 gold I got from a guildie after i helped him with some quest.. then my mistake.
