This message goes out to Viper Directly.

You closed the other thread I had posted on so I could not make a reply. You banned the char Morkey for "Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services with real money"

when I log into the nos server it says "You are banned until September 17th 2015 12:05:56 PM for the following reason: "Forbidden gold transaction". "

I have spoken to GM's in game about this and they both have said to contact you about this.

I want to know what evidence you have that supports your claim that I was doing a "Forbidden gold transaction"

If I list items on the AH and a compromised account buy the items, how am I suppose to stop them? I have no control over who buy what I list on the AH. Am I being banned for AH manipulation to make gold? You have given no evidence to support any claim that you have made, nor has the 2 in game GM's I spoke to. They could not see any evidence listed in my account to support why my account was banned.

Only a guilty person would ask for evidence. Evidence implies guilt.

or someone who is curious about why they did it?

They never give evidence for actions taken against accounts, because that's how they prevent players from finding workarounds. If Viper posted and confirmed your ban, it's rest in pepperonis for your account. Spamming posts will just end in them all being locked.
