so i have been banned since september 19th , and as they told me to check the account status i loged in and it says that my account is banned till september 19th 10:45 AM but when i login its still banned ??......
any help please?

It's a permanent ban.

Permanent bans state the time the ban was issued instead of the expiration date, also buying gold always is a permanent ban
