Appeal: forbidden gold transaction

hi, saturday i try login on my mage and i cant.
I open ticket talk with Game Master but cant help me.

he said my account is banned for forbidden gold transaction.

My account must have gotten flagged for a false positive because i mail herbs and gold between my other accounts. (level60 Priest, level60 Hunter)

they are not going to post evidence, even if they have it. They will review your case, but chances are you bought gold or bought the account and you will stay banned.

make a new account.

Did you even read the post before talking crap.
I farm Dire Maul East with my mage and mail gold and herbs to other characters and thats why im banned because i never sold or bought gold.

You will probably get a revaluation but no information should and will not be shared and that's honestly the only way to go. I'm pretty confident that they'll get the right answer if you get an appeal. Though you already know what the truth is, if you cheated, just admit it and move on if not, persist and hope for the best.
