Zanno Ban Appeal?

Dear Admin,
I am sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope my appeal isn't in vain. I do respect your agreement and am sorry for the double-post but no "botting" was used, I was still semipresent, had to queue for the match, accept the queue and not desert the match, which I failed to do on more than 1 occasion. Although I had not aided in a few matches it was due to afk. I greatly enjoy the experience you provide and fully support the decisions you make, even if they are not in my favor, but please hear my plea, this isn't a bot case!!
Thanks,
Zanno

Gonna be a bump but my issue is still open. Initially I thought this was a temp ban for being AFK but I see this is more serious and hope it is being looked into and can be corrected. Would greatly appreciate assistance!

Edit: You were given an answer, which you obviously didn't understand as it was a typical suggestion type of answer. I'll translate it for you: You are banned permanently for botting and there is no chance for appeal or leniancy.

That being my exact point. Banned for botting, although I was in fact not botting but not participating in AV, which got me reported, and probably would deserve some repercussion just hopefully not a permaban. Thanks for your support!

Your first thread counts as your appeal. Viper answered you and let you know it wasn't a ban for afk, but for botting. They may respond to this thread, but considering they already responded with an affirmative on your permaban, it will be toward the bottom of their list I'm sure.

I enjoy playing greatly so I can wait a little while. I just wanted to be sure that Viper understood that I wasn't botting but only AFK. I do greatly appreciate the service they are offering and they fact that they are so active on botters and gold farmers increases my incentive to play but as for my account, this is a misunderstanding. Thanks for the support!

What does this mean? Did you use anti-afk or did you just manually make sure you didn't get afked out? I'm pretty sure some gm watched you before they made a judgement call, so they probably know the truth as it really is.

Most likely used autohotkey or macro automation to keep him from /afk'in out of AV, which is treated as a bot and justifies a ban.

It means I would manually check my guy within 5 minutes... ideally, and either jump or move to remain in the game. However there was several cases of me receiving deserter debuff which would happen when I failed to keep my AFK tag from activating. I am once again extremely sorry for this and can assure everyone that after this ordeal there wont be any issues out of me on this account or future ones.

As I posted above, it was all manual. As I said in my initial post, this is NOT a bot case. I agree with pokey in that it was probably a momentary judgement call and I'm not trying to pass blame or anything but I truly wanted to speak up because I have invested a substantial amount of time into my account. I have nothing negative to say about the server or the team and have had an incredibly pleasant experience. I would have kept it to my original thread but it was locked before I could reply. All I'm asking is for a review.
